The rules for using Farin Kudi's wallet, data, airtime and bill payment services.
By creating an account or using Farin Kudi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use Farin Kudi.
Your wallet balance can be funded via supported payment methods and used to purchase data, airtime, cable TV subscriptions and electricity tokens. Wallet funds are non-transferable to other users and, except where required by law or due to a failed transaction, non-refundable to your bank account.
We aim to deliver every purchase instantly. Where a transaction fails due to a network, provider, or system error, the amount debited will be reversed to your wallet. Farin Kudi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party networks, DISCOs or cable TV providers beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Prices for data, airtime, cable TV and electricity are displayed before you confirm a purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect transactions already completed.
Farin Kudi provides the service on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Farin Kudi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
